The LIMBRA project approaches the problem of brain drain with complexity thinking and it offers multilevel solutions: with SMEs development trainings and with other events we improve the under and post graduate engineer students’ entrepreneur knowledge with regard to the special needs of Y and Z generations and to the changing competence demand.
